Congratulations Railroader Regiment! 🎉 On Saturday they performed at Semi-State and placed in the Top 10 class C band and qualified for state! They will be traveling on Saturday to Lucas Oil stadium for the state finals.

How to Purchase tickets for State Finals:
The Railroader Regiment is going to STATE FINALS!!!
Now that we are advancing to State there are four ways to purchase tickets for next Saturday. All tickets will be digital (requires a smartphone) regardless of which method you choose to use.
Ticket Prices: $25.00 Adult, $20 Student/Child (through ticketmaster there are fees per ticket and transaction)
1. You can purchase them in person the day of the event but there will only be one ticket gate open, on the Southeast corner of the stadium. They will only accept credit card for purchases and you will have to have a cell phone to receive the digital tickets. Ticket office will open at 7:45 am.
2. Purchase tickets in advance at the Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket office in person (no phone or online orders) : Tues - Friday 9am - 5pm with no additional fees being charged. Credit card only.
3. Purchase tickets directly online from Ticketmaster. Use the following to locate the event on Ticketmaster: [https://www.ticketmaster.com/issma-state-marching-band-finals-indianapolis-indiana-10-28-2023/event/05005EF37FF516A6](https://www.ticketmaster.com/i...).
Without the link: search in Venues for "Lucas Oil Stadium". Change the sort tab to "Sort By Date" and look for "ISSMA State Marching Band Finals" on Oct. 28th. There is a per ticket fee of $5.00 and an additional $5.60 per transaction fee assessed using this method. Digital tickets will be sent directly to the purchaser by Ticketmaster.
4. We are able to sell tickets and eliminate the per ticket fee and the per transaction fee. See early sale ticket payment below. Money is expected at time of purchase. If there is no payment on record with the spreadsheet by WEDNESDAY at 3PM, you will not receive tickets. You will be required to fill out a spreadsheet with the quantity of tickets you are purchasing. You will be required to fill out your cell phone number and email address (email address tied to a Ticketmaster account) when signing up on the spreadsheet. Please note: we are required to submit the completed spreadsheet to Lucas Oil Stadium by Wednesday at 5PM and submit a one time payment for our ticket block. They will then send Mr. Hettinger all of the digital tickets and he will transfer them to the email addressed indicated on the spreadsheet. They are guaranteeing all tickets will be sent no later than Friday at noon. We ask that anyone that chooses this method please exercise grace and patience as we work diligently through transferring all of the tickets.

By Cash or Check: In-person to Ginger Simon in the athletic office. She can be contacted via phone at 260-357-4116.
Via Credit Card: In-person or over the phone to Christa Sullinger in the guidance office. She can be contacted at 260-357-3114.
They will be receiving payments and reconciling with the requests on the spreadsheet, and then sending everything over to Central Office on Wednesday at 3PM so that the payments can be submitted. A reminder that if you do not get it submitted at this time, you are still able to purchase tickets at any time through the other options above.
